In a brazen move, Peter Okoye has revealed why their music videos are not airing on Soundcity TV.
Peter, who together with his brother Paul make up the pop group Psquare, are arguably the biggest entertainers in Africa. But their visuals, which are mostly high-budget and captivating, have failed to appear on Soundcity YV, one of Nigeria’s most popular urban music channels.
According to Peter Okoye, this is a deliberate move from Soundcity. He tweeted:
Dear fans, we see your complains about the absence of our videos on @SOUNDCITYtv, just to clear the air they refuse to play us.

The superstar went further, advising his fans to boycott Soundcity, and watch their content from other TV stations.
Ignore that channel pls and keep watching us on great channels like Mtvbase,Tracetv,HipTv and Afropop thanks https://t.co/xqwsskHU10
