In his exclusive interview with Pulse TV, Viktoh has revealed the manner of his relationship with Olamide.
The young singer and rapper was officially signed to YBNL in 2014, and he has proceeded to move his career via the release of new music, videos and collaborations with numerous acts on the label.
Viktoh talked to Pulse on the inner workings of YBNL, and how his relationship with Olamide started and continues.
“We go a long way. We are not just record label mates, we are like brothers. I actually met him through his younger brother DJ Enimoney, back in 2005. Then I wasn’t doing the singing thing. I was going on shows with him, dancing, all that.” Viktoh says.
Viktoh’s most recent appearance was on ‘Efejoku’, a song by labelmate Lil Kesh. He took a sublime verse of the pacy Hip-hop dance track. But all of these, including his official signing, has no effect on his relationship with Olamide. It made it stronger.
“Not at all. We even got closer. Olamide doesn’t look at me like his artiste. He sees me as his his brother. Ina normal record label, there are somethings that you’ll do and they will let it pass. But if I’m with Ola, I can’t just go dull like that. He will correct me immediately.” Viktoh said.
