Osun poly iree post utme form 2015 is out. The Osun State Polytechnic, Iree wishes to inform prospective candidates that the 2015/2016 Post-UTME Screening form is now available.
Eligibility:
Candidates who sat for 2015/2016 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and originally chose Osun State Polytechnic, Iree as their choice or intend to change their choice to the Polytechnic, with a minimum UTME score of 150 are invited to purchase OSPOLY IREE Post-UTME screening form and participate in the mandatory screening exercise.
All candidates will be required to upload their digital passport photographs on-line.
Registration Fee:
All candidates should register on-line on http://www.osunpoly.edu.ng
To register, candidate will purchase a scratch card available at the following banks for a sum of Two Thousand Naira (2, 000.00).

Screening Date:
The date of the screening will be announced very soon. Applicants are expected to put in their current telephone numbers and e-mail address.
Requirements for Admittance into Screening Venue:
(i)Downloaded Application form
(ii) Writing Materials-HB Pencils and Erasers.
Caution: The following items are not allowed into the screening halls:
*Mathematical Tables
*Calculators
*Biros
*Pens
*Cell Phones.
Candidates who arrive at the venue of the screening after 30 minute of the commencement of the screening will not be allowed to take the test.
Candidates who make false declaration of UTME Score and Ordinary level grades: SSCE, GCE, NECO or NABTEB shall not be considered for admission.
Closing Date:
Access to the Polytechnic website for normal registration for the screening exercise will commence from the date of this publication. Closing date to be announced.
