Davido is set to release his sophomore album on his graduation day.
The star plans to make the release of forthcoming LP coincide with a historic day in his life; the day when he stops schooling.
The HKN star made the proclamation on Instagram with a photo captioned: “game face!! time to get back to the hustle!! last month of school ever!! so happy im getting my degree!! album drops on my graduation day!!!…,” he announced on Instagram on Monday.
Davido is a final year student of Babcock University. The school vacates for the session in the months of April and May.
Davido’s forthcoming album is planned to be a part-international affair. The singer has collaborated with American rappers Meek Mill and Rick Ross. That list might well include Drake.
The video for the single with Rick Ross has been shot in the US, with the star calling it the most expensive video of his career.
