In the afternoon of January 30, 2015 Henrietta Kosoko; wife of veteran Actor Jide Kosoko was involved in an unfortunate car accident on her way to Abeokuta.
Henrietta spoke to Encomium Weekly on February 17, 2015 about her ordeal. She reveals that she was driving her brown Sienna on Friday after attending TAMPANN national meeting the Thursday before. She begun her journey out of Abeokuta at about 11AM, at a place called Kobape, her car drove over a bump and the brake developed an unexpected fault. Not knowing how to stop the car, she directed the car towards the bushes.
Henrietta was knocked unconscious and woke up when she was at Sacred Heart Hospital in Lantoro; she was hospitalized for 11 days. The recuperating wife of Jide Kosoko suffered several injuries on her face and swore never to travel alone again.
