HKN Music artiste, Davido has admitted that he does not deserve any award nomination in 2016 due to his lack of activity in the music scene.
The singer was reacting to a comment made by a fan who commented via Twitter about the fact that he missed out of an award nomination due to his eight months absence from music.
A fan with the username @iAmTJConnects wrote, “Sum of these artist only got nominated because @iam_Davido left the scene for 8months to work on new project wiv Sony/RCA . #FactsOnly.”
Davido soon responded with the comment, “I really shouldn’t be nominated this year For what?? I got three MAMAS in two years I’m good ! Still gonna be a great show! BUT NEXT YEAR.”
