Drake has been sued by a Miami woman who claims the rapper is the father of her baby.
In her fresh legal papers obtained by MediaTakeOut, the Haitian-American woman is claiming that her 2-year-old daughter is fathered by the popular hip hop artist.
She also mentioned that she has notified Drake of his daughter and he has agreed to a paternity test.
However the media outlet is reporting that the rapper has voluntarily agreed to pay up to $15,000 a month in child support until the paternity test result is released.
The site further says licensed photos of the woman shall be published soon but claims she is a black woman with a brown skin and her daughter is ‘cute’
