In the latest edition of TW Magazine, screen goddess Omotola Jalade Ekeinde speaks about her music career and her last album.
In the interview she reveals that her second album was completed five years ago, but was never released. “I finished my second album since 2010 but it is not yet out contrary to insinuations” she said.
The star actress who has acted in over a hundred movies went on to say that her career should not be compared to that of popular singer Tiwa Savage. “I am not trying to be a Tiwa Savage. My career is like a Barbara Streisand kind of career” she said.
“I said I would bring out an album every five years. The next step for me is to have my own entertainment place where you can listen to my music, watch my movies and experience everything about Omotola” she further stated.
Barbara Streisand is an American actress, singer, songwriter and filmmaker.
Omotola’s first album titled ‘GBA’ was released in 2005. The second album that was completed in 2010 is called ‘Me, Myself and Eyes‘.
