Nigeria’s First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan, is seriously leading the campaign for her husband, President Goodluck Jonathan’s re-election bid in the March 28 presidential elections.
The indefatigable woman who has stood by her husband through thick and thin, always makes sure she is present at any campaign rally her husband is present and always finds a way to chip in one or two things, especially for women.
At the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), women rally in Orerokpe, Okpe local government area of Delta State, Mama Peace charged women in the country to vote for her husband and the PDP because the opposition party, All Progressives Congress (APC), is a party made of bus conductors who ask for change when you enter their bus.
Hear her:
“Do not throw away your votes to a party of bus conductors.
PDP do not tell you about change because we are not bus conductors that ask for change.
The PDP is a party that talks less and does more, unlike the APC that tells new lies every week. When you catch them today, they will tell another lie tomorrow.”
