President Goodluck Jonathan has purchased a nomination form to show his interest in seeking reelection next year.
Jonathan picked up the form on Thursday, October 30, from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Headquarters at Wadata House, Abuja.
The president thanked all those who had contributed towards the purchase of the form which cost N22 million.
Jonathan received almost N100 million in contributions from the Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria (TAN), the PDP Governors’ Forum and other Nigerian citizens.
The president is set to officially declare his intention to run on Tuesday, November 11, 2014.
